This hour and a half drop off session for 4 - 8 year olds is designed to inspire creativity and promote positivity while helping little ones to focus on the transition of going back to school.

Through engaging activities like colouring, sensory exploration, and playdough creations, children will embark on a journey of self-expression and relaxation. They'll also learn simple breathing techniques to cultivate calmness and focus. With affirmations, positivity rocks, and endless opportunities for imaginative play, this workshop promises to spark joy and leave little ones feeling empowered, uplifted and positive about going back to school.

The session is run by fellow mamas and small business owners, Chelsea (Be You Kiddo) and Emma (Bear & Buddy) who run businesses helping little ones with positivity, sensory exploration and mindfulness.
