Gallina de Piel is a winemaking project from David Seijas, former Head Sommelier of 3-Michelin-starred restaurant El Bulli. David now creates wines from Spain's gastronomic northern wine regions, working with local growers, selecting the best vines planted with indigenous varieties. Join Liquorice for an evening of Spanish wine with an icon of Spain's gastronomic landscape & taste through five of David's wines, with the man himself.
