Join Charlotte & Mel from Mindful artists Bluerskies Creatives in a Sunday morning sound meditation.
This relaxing experience forms part of the Creative Cove's 'Wellbeing Weekender' a change to relax into the summer. Health and wellbeing is an important part of maintaining a creative practice and a creative mind. Being kind to yourself is an important part of feeling well!
During this 90 minute immersive journey, Charlotte will guide you on a multi-sensory journey through your inner landscapes, where you will be enveloped in sound, scent and soothing light. Utilising the sound waves of the singing bowls she invites you on a journey of total relaxation and rejuvenation.
No experience needed, this is an effortless practice that anyone can enjoy the benefits of. Just wear something comfy, bring a blanket, a pillow and an open mind.
This soundbath is OPEN TO ALL over 16's* and we particularly welcome YAYmates members and Creative Cove 16 - 25 members to join us. There are up to 15 places available. If you are a member between the ages of 16 - 25, you can book for free.
Once you do join as a member, you will receive special discounts on all stock and join more free creative workshops and talks. You must book a ticket to join this session.
*Please be aware that this experience is not available for anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition which means there is metal inside their body. 14-15 year olds are able to attend with parental consent.
