Brentwood Connected is reminding everyone this month that Brentwood High Street is OPEN FOR BUSINESS, closed to traffic, and we are continuing to support our businesses through the road closure. All three High Streets are looking ahead to Halloween and other key dates this calendar year.
On Wednesday 17 September, Brentwood Connected businesses gathered for an annual members’ event at Figo in Brentwood to celebrate two years of the Business Improvement District (BID).
Brentwood Connected will be supporting businesses while Brentwood High Street is closed to traffic from Monday 15 September for six weeks. During this time Cadent, who look after the gas pipes in our area, will upgrade the old metal gas pipes. Essex Highways will also use this opportunity to resurface the road. We are celebrating our Summer events and looking ahead to what's coming next, including Halloween and Christmas. The legacy of the annual Brentwood Art Trail from Brentwood Connected lives on in the form of a painting by local artist Nicola Osborne, commissioned as part of the month-long event, and now on permanent display at Ingatestone Station.
